« We love the IP Beach House. After years of vacationing on the Cape, we stepped out of our comfort zone & chose the Indian Pass area. The house & location are perfect. The house is so comfortable & the decor is lovely. The owners have made maximum use of space & functionality. There is plenty of room, and the house is completely furnished with anything we could need. It was tough to leave this beautiful piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!!! »

« This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find! »

« Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ. »
