"This was my second time staying here after a long haul flight. It is very convenient getting the bus direct from Incheon airport.
The staff are friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
There is a swimming pool with great facilities.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of Paradise city which has a convenience store, restaurants (expensive and reasonable) and more."
"Conveniently located next to some nice restaurants and shops and not too far from the metro. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakast was excellent, albeit missing coffee. The room had a slight odor and could have been cleaner, but wasn't terrible and was decently sized."
"The room is spacious and clean especially the bathroom. The receptionist is so
nice as she welcomes her guests. Very convenient for night eat outs and so close to Unseo station. Will definitely book here in my next visit to Incheon."
"Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi."

"Air conditioning worked well. There's only a overpriced breakfast buffet, and only 1 American overpriced roomservice breakfast option. There was mold in the shower caulking."

"Its right next to a subway and a couple.good parks. Plenty of places to eat & shop and see across the street and within a half mile walking distance. Nice facility overall. "

"I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there.
The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there unless you were a casino member...why? The signage for the shuttle bus was also only provided in Korean.
The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.
The downsides were the early check-out time (11am), and the resort only having 3 small elevators (1 going to all levels, 1 going to odd-numbered levels, and 1 going to even-numbered levels....checking out was CHAOS as most elevators were fully packed and we had to wait a long time for one that was available. Considering the size of the resort, and its proximity to the airport (lots of suitcases!), this was a surprise to me. The pools were not as incredible as I thought they would be - the pools were quite small considering the number of guests and so it was very crowded with limited space for swimming...more like dipping. There are also a lot of families bringing their children here, so I wish there was an additional adult pool for those who want to relax.
Overall, still a great luxurious stay."
