    It has 425m2 and is on a plot of 16000m2, at the foot of the Puig de Santa Magadalena and near the Tramuntana.
    The beautiful views and the hug given by the stars of the peaceful night in nature and its situation in the heart of Mallorca make it a magical and ideal place to rest, get to know the island or go cycling.
    Renovated in 2008, it has 4 double bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms and terraces with beautiful views. It is fully equipped and has parking, 1 covered and open spaces.
    The pool is salt and the spring water is almost natural, we buy it in trucks.
