"This property is a vacation club property which we were unaware at time of booking. Felicia, our concierge, was amazing. She made our stay enjoyable. She remembered our names and greeted us each day to see what she could could do to assist us. She contacted the person for our excursion to make sure we would be picked up and brought back. There were 4 pools, a buffet restaurant, steakhouse, Italian, and Japanese restaurants, then we found this cute street with a coffee shop, pizza place, and ice cream shop. There were shops from sundries to art to cigars. Felicia asked if we would participate in the presentation for the club and we agreed to attend. We took a lovely tour after breakfast. Our tour guide, Melissa (sorry if I got it wrong), was fantastic! We had so much in common and really connected. The member rooms and benefits were impressive. When it was time to sit and talk numbers, while the offer was incredible, we just couldn't do it. Make sure you do a little research before heading anywhere you travel. For instance, here you could not throw any paper in the toilet. (Good to know). Overall we had a great time and plan to go back for a future vacation."

"The hotel is relatively new and beautiful. There were a few hiccups that were problematic our first room the air conditioner didn't work and then bumped us into a junior suite which was an upgrade from we originally had but then there's no water pressure and no hot water the first night. They finally managed to figure out how to get us hot water but it was intermittent and would come in and out during the time there. The mattress was hard as a rock and definitely needs a mattress topper. But otherwise the hotel was very beautiful the stay was wonderful the restaurant was great The staff was very accommodating and helpful I just wish they had a better mattress or a mattress topper."

"I was in Select … unfortunately the experience was very disappointing overall. While the beach itself is absolutely beautiful and probably the only real highlight of the property, almost everything else fell far below expectations. The amenities are extremely minimal. No premium alcohol. The “gym” is basically just a tiny room with a few random weights and one treadmill. There is barely enough space for more than two people at a time, and it definitely not a proper fitness center. For anyone who values training or decent facilities while traveling, this will be a major letdown. Another big issue was the complete lack of room service, which is something many travelers expect from a resort experience. The food quality was also poor throughout the stay. Meals lacked variety, flavor, and overall quality. After a couple of days it became difficult to even look forward to eating there. The service from the staff was probably the most frustrating part. Customer service felt careless and unorganized. At one point I was literally locked out of my room because the batteries in the electronic door lock had died. Instead of handling the situation quickly and professionally, it took much longer than it should have and nobody seemed particularly concerned. Overall, this hotel has potential because of the beautiful beach location, but the poor service, weak amenities, bad food, and lack of attention to guest experience made this stay disappointing. I would not return or recommend"
