"OMG, the Palms is a Belize City hidden gym! We were concerned with the reputation that Belize City has and were instantly put to ease upon arrival! Our pick up transportation from the water taxi was easy to schedule and they were awesome accommodating us as a large group! From start to finish they communicated so easily, went beyond the call of duty to make sure we ate, were comfortable and had everything we needed! The rooms and the beds alone were more than we imagined and my family of 12 were beyond pleased! If you are looking at staying in Belize City, don’t think twice."

"We stayed in the seafront condominium, which was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The view was amazing, except for the sargassum, which made it hard to enjoy the beach. The smell was awful, but we still had a wonderful time because we were there for a beautiful wedding with lovely people. The resort staff were fantastic, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely suggest visiting when the sargassum season is over."

"Our stay here was for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Very peaceful, relaxing and accommodating. The staff was great. Justin and Ervin were great in the kitchen and bar service. The food was excellent and they were able to meet my wife's gluten free diet with every meal. Manager Barry is great and has stories for days. It really felt like a family more than a staff!!"

Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more special. The food deserves a special mention—every meal was phenomenal! Having three delicious, home-cooked meals prepared fresh each day was such a treat. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and made with care, and we looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. What truly sets Tarpon Sands apart is how accommodating they are. Whether it was helping with activities, making sure we were comfortable, or simply going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience, the staff consistently exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with exceptional service, amazing food, and a beautiful, well-kept property, I can't recommend Tarpon Sands enough. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return!"
