« Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once. »

« We spent an excellent journey. The place is beautiful. The house is splendid and very functional. We met Mark who gave us good advice. And Regina was very available by email. Single road accessibility made it possible to understand the system of passing places and to be able to take all the Scottish roads without apprehension ! « Wir waren mit 5 Personen für 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit WC sind vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Wanderausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend schön, egal ob an der Küste oder im Landesinneren. Auto ist aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage notwendig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. »

« We had a lovely stay in Opinan, near Gairloch. The house was clean, we had nice beds and we enjoyed the the bath. Extra's where the views over the bay, and the nearby beach. (water was a bit cold). a very nice place to stay. But specially for the first night, don't forget to bring your diner and breakfast, as the nearest shop is about a 20 minutes by car. We recommend a stay in this cottage on this special location. »

« This property was our favorite one on the trip. The beach was so close and the rooms nice and large. Having two bathrooms suited us perfectly and having a wash basin in each bedroom was incredibly convenient. Parking was right in front of the door. The kitchen even had sugar and some other items that we did not have to get. The traditional style was very homey. I would stay here again if in this area on a return visit. »
