We left one morning at 6 am and returned at 11 pm. I saw hair on the floor. Not very clean. Staff were not very knowledgeable. The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices.
