Parking Details: \- One reserved parking spot is available. \- Street parking is free in a parking structure at the back of the house for additional parking options. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. The property had everything we needed, including a great Nespresso machine and kitchen essentials. The bed was comfortable. The location was so convenient. We especially liked daily walks along the Bolsa Chica State Beach Trail. I felt very safe running by myself along the shore. On our last night, we enjoyed reggae night at SeaLegs at the Beach about two blocks away. Spending quality time making precious memories with my mom while here was such a gift.
