« This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. « We have just come back from staying here it could do with some pictures and some updating was cheep enough staff were very helpful and polite needs a good sign outside to say where it is because we were driving up and down the road looking for it and close to the shops and 15/20 minutes walk to the beach we will stay there again but please update the places and make it a bit homely a fridge in room for milk for your cuppa in the morning »

Room not immaculate as paint peeling in places and shower door in wet room seemed to not close as meant to. « Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. »
