The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There is some free food/drinks available on the first floor. Our room had a window but it was very small and to high to be able to look out of. There is a tourist bus that departs from the bus station near the train station for Taroko National Park. It was great to use. I also spent a day riding a bike around the town, which was a nice way to spend a day. There are a few bike rental places near the train station.
