Split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. We are a pet-friendly accommodation – just let your host Sharryn know at least 24 hrs before arrival for approval, as all pets must be pre-approved and kept on a leash at all times. \- Pet fee: $30 per pet per booking (payable upfront to the host) \- Fill out the pet approval form and attach proof of payment. The full pet policy will be sent to you before arrival. It’s a great spot for a relaxing holiday near restaurants, wineries, and natural attractions. Yengo National Park is nearby with beautiful views, hiking, biking, and off-road driving. Getting Around: By car: \- 1 hr drive from Newcastle \- 2 hrs drive from Sydney By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as there are no public transports that travels directly from our property. Other Things to Note: \- Please provide your local Australia number to ensure we have a smooth check in \- Mobile reception is poor \- No smoking allowed on the property \- Expect abundant wildlife on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- Wi-Fi is available but only works near the Tiny House, not at the front gate or further away. \- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge \- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
