« The house was larger than I expected. Very nice accommodations. The star is the outdoor space. The access to the river is fantastic. You can wade out or easily fish from the banks. Outdoor seating everywhere. Though the house has other homes around it, it feels very secluded. The hot tub is private while trees have leaves. The firepit area is completely private. « Superb location to access the fun of rafting, the sweet fishing holes of the property, the beauty of the area, and the towns of Salida and Cañon. The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! So happy to have had our family gather here! »

« Had a great stay, everything you need and great location for hitting the mountains/rafting/hiking etc. and only 10min to store in poncho springs. Hot Tub was great after long day in the mountains. There are bunk beds in one of the rooms which the kiddos loved, didn’t see that on the listing so was a nice surprise. Will definitely look here first when we head back! »
