"Overall, had an excellent experience! We tend to prefer locations away from the crowds so this place was excellent - 15 to 20 minutes into Salida with a beautiful drive. Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate. "Great place for a short stay. Very clean and easy to access. Close to town. There is a bakery right below this unit so be prepared for some noise starting around 6:30 am. We were surprised to hear voices and the door opening downstairs. Evenings are very quiet though. There is no table, just a breakfast bar. Nicely stocked kitchen but we could have used one more coffee cup. We struggled a bit to regulate the temperature in the unit. The a/c turned on right away but the heat was a little tougher...
