"Air conditioner in the room was not working, when I inform the staff, the response was very terrible. They lied multiple ways in the midnight and asked me to move to a far room with all belongings. I will never recommend this for any more. "

The fan in the room did not work and the phone was not connected…no dial tone…I had to walk to the front desk to order my food which was not a big deal but for as highly recommended as this resort came it was sadly adequate. But the staff was so personable and kind. "

"Room was nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room. Staff was helpful and room was kept tidy during my 3 day stay. Easy to check luggage after stay. Good restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Minor nitpick: coffee machine was leaking, heater/ac was somewhat noisy."
