« I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

« I was not impressed at all. The place is a bit dated. There is nothing close by, it's kind of isolated. The worst part was my room smelled of mild and mildew. The entire hotel had a musty mold smell. I will not be returning to this location. »

« The bed was nice and everything listed was available. Of all of the hotels within a mile, I would choose this one everytime. The room even had a coffee maker, but there was no coffee provided. That would probably be my only negative. The bathroom and room were excellent and clean. Thank you »

« Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross »

« The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed. »
