"Great spot and clean mostly. Felt like floor needed a good detail cleaning. Host got a plumber out quickly to unclog the shower drain in the primary room. The washer was also broken so we could not do our laundry."

"Better than the photos! The property was very clean, spacious and had wonderful amenities. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, plenty of space and very comfortable. The patio was large and we enjoyed the sounds of the waves and the beach so close. The pool area was huge with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We also enjoyed being able to walk the whole Palmas Del Mar area on the walking pass and golf cart pass. A great condo in a great area!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed, including essential appliances, a coffee maker, plenty of towels for daily and beach use, a nice-sized beach umbrella, several folding beach chairs, and an ice cooler, which made our beach trips even more enjoyable.The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or address any concerns we had throughout our stay. The property is located next to a small, beautiful lake and is only about a 7-minute walk to the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. We also loved the thoughtful touch of being welcomed with a beautiful personalized welcome sign.We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return!"

"From booking to checkout - I can’t say a bad thing. The property itself is in AMAZING condition and really well kept.I reached out before arrival and asked for some suggestions and help with our visit - Arturo was there! When I had questions while on vacation - Arturo was there. We enjoyed the house and the pool. It’s a very short walk to the water in front of the house, unfortunately for us there was a good amount of seaweed on the shore and within the first 100 feet of the surf. That was about the only negative to this visit - but nothing having to do with the property itself…which again, was spotless and had everything we need during the visit.I would not hesitate booking this property and do so early!! As it WILL be booked up!Thank you again!!"

"Beautiful property and the space was very clean! Our family of 5 had more than enough space and were so grateful we found this home to stay in. We were about 30-45 minutes away from just about everything we wanted to do to explore Puerto Rico and the property itself was great for a day just to hang around and enjoy the pool! The host communicated with us quickly regarding any questions and we highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to come back!"

The location is fantastic—quiet neighborhood yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The landlord was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
