I would have rated it 5 stars but when we walked into our room, I almost slipped as the refrigerator apparently had leaked and there was water across the floor. « I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free. »

« This is my 3rd attempt to give The Arlington a chance. And it was my last attempt. We found moldy cheese under the bed, the shower drain cap was missing so it was just an open hole in the shower. The carpet is the same as it was probably 20+ years ago and it shows. HOWEVER - The staff is very friendly and professional, so that was refreshing. »

« Check in was horrible. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel clerk was very condescending about it. I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. However, even though I was standing in the lobby at the counter, the clerk put Expedia on hold and helped other guests making me and Expedia wait 25 minutes before solving the issue which I believe was an error on the hotels end to begin with.
