« L’accueil tres froid. Nous étions préparés à nager un peu avant de manger. Finalement nous avons appris que la piscine se trouvait dans un autre bâtiment. Et si nous voulions manger il fallait manger immédiatement à 20.30\. Pas de piscine donc. Un hôtel pour faire une halte. Selon moi , 130 € c’est trop. Car Rien d’extraordinaire. Service lent au restaurant et même pas un mot en autre langue que l’allemand ( ni la serveuse ni le menu). Point positif: Flammekuche ( tarte flambée) très bonne....

« Family room with comfortable beds and clean. BUT, the room smells strongly from cigarette smoke. I don't understand how someone can propose such room in 2025 in an hotel. Smoking was forbidden more than 20 years in Germany. Otherwise, very good Thai restaurant in the same building as the hotel. Maybe the other rooms do not smell as bad, I would ask the owner if you want to try it as the prices are very good. »

Sur leur parking il y a une bonne de chargement pour voiture électrique… ils nous on répondu que c’est une borne public et qu’ils ne savent pas comment il faut faire Sinon hôtel très bien »

« Wir (8 Herren) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurz-Urlaub im Naturhotel Hochheide. Die Premiumzimmer Alpin ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Neben einem sehr bequemen Bett, gibt es im Nebenraum eine tolle Couch und für den, der es braucht tatsächlich einen zweiten(!) Fernseher. Der Frühstücksraum und besonders das Frühstück machten den Start in den Tag sonnig und leicht. Die Lounge- Bar machte den Abend noch runder. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Service. Mit Ruhe, Gelassenheit, wichtigen Hinweisen,...

« Hôtel très bien situé à côté du parc qui est l’attraction numéro 1 du lieu. On peut aller au château à pied en deux minutes. L’hôtel loue aussi des vélos électriques qui permettent de visiter l’ensemble du parc (200 m de dénivelé). L’hôtel a une partie moderne et une partie plus ancienne avec un look beaucoup plus daté et un problème de climatisation dans notre chambre (mais il ne faisait pas très chaud). Très belle piscine et jardin agréable avec des transats. Bon petit déjeuner assez varié. »
