A park is located directly across the street with pickleball courts, large park, and 1-mile paved walking path with Gorgeous Mountain View. I-15 is a straight drive east on 5600 S. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, river rafting, hiking, skiing in the winter. Only 30-45 minutes from some of the best skiing anywhere! Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, & Nordic Valley. Easy freeway access to Park City, Hill AFB, Salt Lake City, and everywhere in between. Close to shopping & dining in every direction. Just 15 minutes from downtown Ogden. Also, easy access to public transportation, if needed. By the way, that King bed was SUPER COMFY. There were Nice linens and pillows throughout, and instant oatmeal and snacks to welcome us too. We loved having a piano there! I gave this property 4 out of 5 stars for location only because it's a bit of a drive West of I-15 and the road the house is on is a bit busy-a little tricky to get out of the driveway sometimes.
