We loved the location and the view. The washer/dryer and kitchen were a huge plus. Keep in mind that the listing says the condo is new to their inventory, but that doesn't mean it's newly renovated. Everything is in great condition and looks just like the pictures but the bed / bed topper may need replacement soon because even though it's comfortable, you can feel a slight sag in spots where people usually sleep.
