Welcome to Two Sisters, an adorable three-bedroom and two-bath vacation home nestled in the relaxed beach community of North Beach Village just a quick walk to the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and access to a community pool.

The living space has been updated with gorgeous floors, a modern seating area with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with essentials, including pans, utensils, a farmhouse sink, and a coffee bar. Guests have the option of eating indoors at the formal dining table, on the fabulous screened-in balcony that features a complete outdoor dining set and wicker chair set, or downstairs is an additional seating area and BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom has a coastal feel with natural lighting, a TV, work desk, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower - this bathroom can also be accessed from the hall. The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor, both have crisp linens and vibrant d cor. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

Wish we could have stayed another week

This property was perfect for us (2 parents and 2 young-adult kids). Comfortable beds. Comfortable family room. We felt at home. One major drawback was the filthy floors. Our feet were black. They need better floor cleaning. Really nice screened in porch in the back. Felt like we were in our own little tropical oasis on the back porch. We cooked dinner 3 nights in the condo (grilled once, nice grill). Not much provided at the property in the way of seasonings and stuff like that.Easy 5 minute walk to a great beach. Just an awesome location on the island! Close to so many restaurants and bars.We loved the place, and we highly recommend 2 Sisters!

Great location.

This is a no frills place. The price was significantly less than the surrounding options and that worked for us. If you’re coming for beach access, it is perfect. They have beach accessories, too, which was nice. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. Inside was “okay”. Touch up paint would be wise. Some dishes were not clean but, that didn’t stop us. We appreciated it not being too fancy since we were in and out from the beach. Don’t bother asking for early check-in, they are not able to accommodate. (Even if you’re sitting in the driveway 30 mins prior to 4:00pm and no one is in the house “cleaning”.) Overall, we give it a 3.2 stars.

Great Week

We love this area and the quick accessibility to the beach from the house. Con: the driveway is a little snug for 2 vehicles (we had a van and a truck). We chose to park the truck for the week very tucked back into the corner and drive everyone around in the van for convenience of only moving one vehicle in and out. No big deal. Pro: the covered and screened in back porch! I cannot tell you how many coffees and snacks and meals and adult beverages and chats that were had out on this beauty. It stayed cool and breezy (even without the use of the 2 fans out there) throughout the day and it was an absolute joy! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Perfect walking location to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, all the beach items you need if you did not bring your own. Nice screened in patio- very comfortable but needs a bit of an upgrade.

Highly Recommend Holmes Beach & Two Sisters

Location was perfect. Home had all the items we needed with the exception of a lamp in the 3rd bedroom and a tv in the second bedroom. Both would of been nice-but no big deal. Pool wasn't anything special but we did not use it much. Check in wasn't difficult, but code was not emailed as stated nor did the code I was given work after I contacted the office the first time. Second code worked. Did have to hold door tightly towards me in order to lock- it was a two hand job every time. Again, no big deal. Company was nice and easy to work with. Holmes beach was just what we wanted, calm, quiet. Free trolley, convenient stops, friendly drivers. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, so if you are looking for bars, nightlife, parties- this is not the home or the place for you. Restaurants were a bit pricey, but very good. Whole town (food & shops) close early. Would highly recommend Holmes Beach & Two Sisters.
