Unfortunately no AC and we were assigned a room overlooking the parking lot, so with window open for ventilation we had to experience some late night vehicular traffic noise. "The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had to cancel it due to the run down conditions. All this aside though- the hotel, the staff, the restaurant and the bar are excellent! Just don't bring your swimsuit :)"
