If you get too hot take a stroll to the wonderfully maintained private community pool. Laundry facility is available on site. Located in the heart of Surf City. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and more all within 1 mile. The new Surf City Bridge and Surf City Pier also within 1 mile.

We have a dining table that seats 6 and 4 stools at the kitchen counter.
1 towel per guest will be left out. If you would like extras please ask prior to your check in. There are sheets and a blanket in the storage section of the couch.
There is a laundry facility that is accessible for residents and guests only. There is a key card in the binder that will give you access. The laundry is operated using an app that you can download. You can purchase individual detergent or you can bring your own.
Please do not hang towels or bathing suits from the balcony. It is not permitted by the HOA. There are hooks on the deck that you can hang personal items.
There is a parking pass in the binder. This MUST be left in your car and visible at all times. Please do not forget to put them back in the binder before you leave. If you forget to return them you will be charged 25.00.
Guest access
The entire condo is yours.
Other things to note
There is a$175.00 cleaning fee. This includes linens.
You must be 25 years old to book.
If you smoke in the unit there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee taken from your security deposit.
