"We were very happy with our stay! Great location; close to beach, restaurants etc. The pool was good. There was a nice outdoor shower for after the beach. Chair rental was very convenient. We found it to be quiet, clean, well maintained, and great hidden amenities such as laundry, and bikes, amongst others. The art work and furniture make it feel more boutique like; definitely not your run of the mill chain hotel! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. This hotel hass everything you could need for a beach stay!!! I would definitely recommend!"

"The location of this property is perfect. Quiet street, quick walk to the beach with relatively easy beach access (especially compared to other spots), and great proximity to surf city. The house is exactly what you see in photos, simple (yes, a little dated) but clean. Beds are comfortable. Deck space is nice - the table and chairs were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out there at night. Very reasonable pet fees for dogs and the fenced in yard is great. We appreciated the pet bags on property, the extra kitchen items-trash bags, soap, spices and coffee filters- and the full propane tanks for the grill although, we did have to clean the grill in order to use it. The kitchen is stocked ok but there were only 3 coffee mugs - not ideal when you have 6 guests and no ice maker or ice trays, so purchase a bag of ice. The owner is super nice and very responsive - I enjoyed working with them!"

"Amazing condo and the perfect location! The condo was exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you need for vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and offered early check-in! Having the pool and beach steps from your doorstep was ideal. The condo also is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. We definitely plan to stay here again. The perfect place for family fun!"

"This site exceeded our expectations on all levels. Walking from the upper deck of the property to the high tide waterline in 100 steps was an awesome advantage while traveling with a 3 year old. Also greatly appreciated the gates for the stairs!!Already checking our calendars for a 2027 return to Sandsational"
