"I've stayed at this hotel several times when I travel south from CT and is always clean and modern. They keep up with the hotel. It is always clean. I've not tried the breakfast because the hours are not always convenient for me because we usually arrive close to midnight so I do not want to get up early to have breakfast."

"The front desk said I hadn’t paid for my room through Expedia which I did. So they charged me again. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, no iron no coffee nothing. When I checked out I showed them how on my Expedia app it said paid. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact Expedia. When I contacted Expedia and explained the situation they contacted the hotel and they were told that they had charged me because I had an upgraded room. Unbelievable since there wasn’t even a bar of soap. If that was an upgraded room I would hate to see the standard ones. Also the front desk staff never mentioned any upgrades or offered upgrades. The hotel doesn’t even have an ice machine, they told me to go to the nearest gas station. Avoid staying there."
