Great location, close to restaurants and cafes. Hotel did not have its own restaurant. Bathroom is very modern and beautiful, but furniture and elevator were somewhat dated. Good size room, and bed was clean and comfortable. Instructions for the coffee machine did not seem match with how the machine actually worked. I had to do some trials and errors to get it working.

Room has AC but it is set to the hotels requirements not the guest. If you sleep hot the best they could offer was to open the windows (which have no screens). The beds were very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed as it was more comfortable than the queen and single in the room. The room had a kitchenette but no toaster as the notice on the back of the door tells you strictly no cooking in the room. The shower was very difficult to get a good temp on. I love a hot shower but be careful, it takes a smidgen of movement on the faucet to go from hot to scalding and because of where the tap is placed it is very easy to knock. There is a lot of street noise and in the hallways you can hear clearly the conversations in each room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
Rooms are old with poor quality furnishing, cleaning is poor . In my room there were bad carpet stains and curtains that were hanging of their rail. Overall the room was in poor condition there was also a lot of plumbing noise that made it difficult to sleep.
Our experience was great. The location was close to shopping and tour pick-ups and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was easy to use.
Excellent stay, the staff were wonderful and the room was clean and cosy. The location was central and on Sunday the farmers market was right outside. Highly recommend.

Room was as pictured in the add just starting to get a little tiered looking. Only 2 elevators working but that didn’t seem to affect our movement. I don’t mind a soft bed but if you don’t then you might struggle, the beds were VERY soft. Parking was steep at $29 for the night. Overall, worth the price we paid for the night and walking distance to all the things we had planned.
Nice, clean, spacious and good price. Great location

Staff were friendly. Stayed on the 7th floor and no where in the bathroom to hang or store your bathroom essentials.
The lift being the 2nd area to use once through reception was really dirty outside n in.
Excellent!! We enjoyed the stay. Staff members are friendly, welcoming checking in, easy express checking out.

Pictures of the room on your site were nothing like the poor-standard room we stayed in, room 515. Disappointing for my 2 daughters and me.
Would not recommend this hotel's standard rooms to a young family.
no cleaners or room service for all 3 nights we stayed, barely any products supplied with the room (shower products), 2/3 elevators out of service our whole stay, remaining one also went down for a portion of a day. have to pay extra for parking, lot was full our first night and we had to stay on the street. It was public holiday so we at least had free parking. room was decent, everything is definitely outdated inside the room and out. good for a cheap stay though.
