Large Japanese apartment right next to the PeacePark. 1 Bedroom apartment with 2 queen size bed and 3 double sofa bed. Complete facility and hotel amenities are provided. Large space can provide up to 10 people comfortably. All sheets, towels are provided. It has elevator and smart lock feature for guests added safety and security. Room wifi, TV, Washing Machine are all provided. With toilet and bath.
Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

Huge space offers up to 10 people for a nice comfortable stay, from my balcony you can view the entire PeacePark, Dome and the lovely riverside.
Entire space are for your use only, you are welcome to access all the room / all the beds and everything in the room.

This 1BR apartment is located in the most convenient location.
Close to all the important sights, shopping, sightseeing, Restaurants just across the street.
The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.
All the decoration are chosen by me, I was living here for a quite long time and now I would like to open my apartment to share to my world travellers.
I have hired a professional hotel cleaning team to do the cleaning before you arrived, so I am sure the room is clean and comfy to stay.
This Apartment is in the Center of HIROSHIMA, all you need is just outside the apartment.. restaurants, supermarket, shopping malls, coffee shop, game center, convenient store and the most important thing, transportation is only 10-15 minutes! few walks to the streetcar, Miyajima, bus, taxi.
1 minutes walking from Honkawa station to here.
If you go to the peace memorial Miyajima, my apartment is the best location in Hiroshima.
Because Honkawa station connects 2 places comfortably.
you can walk to The peace park for 4 minutes.
you can get to JR train for Miyajima in Nishi-Hiroshima station.
It is 10 minutes directly by street car from Honkawa to Nishi-Hiroshima statio

The location is right beside the Beautiful PeacePark riverside, with a balcony where you can enjoy the entire view of PeacePark and the Dome, especially during cherry blossom season, it will be amazingly beautiful down here.

-From Hiroshima airport to Hiroshima Bus center(45mins)
It costs 1,340 yen.
The easiest way is to ride this Limousine bus service. This coach service brings you to Hiroshima Bus center directly.

【Check in/out】
Standard check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Depending on other guests' schedules it might be possible to check in earlier so please feel free to ask me for early check-in or late check-out.

If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police.

The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
