Arrived less than 2 hours early but still made to wait until 3pm to check in. Even the cafe/dining area is closed until 3pm, seemingly for no other reason than to prevent guests from utilising any amenity until the \*official check in time\*. The hotel wasn't busy, and so many other hotels are able to accommodate guests arriving at different times. Such an easy way to gain repeat customers, and yet it was overlooked.
