"Everything was amazing as always at this hotel. Thank you!"

"Room shower was not a good design. Water poured out within 30 secs of turning the shower on. No lotion, slippers, or water available, had to call for slippers ( much needed since the floors had a lot of dust and turned the bottom of the slippers gray/ black in less than a few hours of wearing it). There were wet spots on the sheets that smelled very heavily of laundry detergent upon arrival. Rooftop and other lounges around the hotel were very nice."

"Reasonable price. Very close to Subway (1). Great for quick bagel/muffin and coffee breakfast. Staff, especially Eva, always very nice. Rooms are a bit dated but when I'm in NYC, I don't spend much time in a hotel room."

"This is my second time staying at the Freehand. I love this boutique hotel’s artsy, cozy vibe. Staff is great too."
