"It is a nice clean hotel. Just the very basics. Good for just a 1 night stop. Staff was very friendly, helped us move rooms when a barking dog was next to us. Not a fan of allowing pets. Especially when owners leave them alone."

"Loved the view. Place was beautiful sitting out back. Enjoyed the ducks coming up. Only complaint i really have is we got there maybe 15 mins early n wasnt able to get in. Never had a vrbo not let me in a lil early but the host was reachable n offered to unlock. Even got a deal on another night! Would definitely book again!"

"My family has stayed in this lovely condo twice in the past three years. It has always been immaculate, convenient and easy to rent. Our only problem was that one of our family was bitten by a brown recluse while in bed over the July 4th holiday. (She smashed it on her neck and was able to identify it.) She spent 3 hours in the ER, where the docs also ID'd the bite, put her on antibiotics immediately and watched the progress. They got to it quickly, so other than a big scare, she was eventually fine. We're sorry this happened ... it's summer in Arkansas, and the owner says he has a contract with a local exterminator company. So we hope no one else experiences this. (Not sure what the ER bill will be after insurance.)"
