New High End Guesthouse in Warm Beach, Stanwood, WA.

"The Warm Beach community is a quiet community within four miles to Stanwood Washington. The area is a rural farming area and offers many opportunities to venture out to parks and beaches. Holly’s place is very comfortable with new appliances and a good size living area, bedroom, shower/ bathroom and onsite parking. Holly was a very gracious hostess. Her paintings grace the suite and are only a small sample of her portfolio. She is very accomplished and an interesting lady. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Holly’s Place.and look forward to possibly returning next year."

"This listing was perfect for our family of 5. We loved setting on the back porch looking at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here. We would give it 6 stars if we could. One of the best places we have stayed at. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again."

"Cute & clean, not a speck of dust or hair anywhere in sight and the beach access and kids play area were right across the street. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful ocean views and room to enjoy one another! We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again some day."

"We loved staying at this beach house! It was a perfect family vacation for our family and dog friendly. The property is very convenient to the greater Seattle area, but feels like being on an island due to the secluded nature of this private beach community. We loved using the paddle boards, beach combing, grilling, and playing board games. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room to watch a movie on the big screen TV. A special surprise is the little park kitty corner from the property with a swing set and basketball court. Drew was very helpful and clearly cares very much for this longtime family property."

"This was our second visit to this gem of a beach house. Beautiful sunsets right on the beach, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and paddleboards, gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen- this place has it all! Plenty to do for kids and adults alike. We’ll be back! :)"

"The house was perfect for our party of 4. It is in a great location with quick access to the freeway. Well stocked with all eating utensils and cookware. The refrigerator was stocked with juice, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, English muffins, bagels, butter, and jam. There was also a selection coffee and tea. There is a nice view of the water from the open living room area. The hot tub was clean and a very nice addition in the private backyard.The bathrooms were accessible from each bedroom and there was plenty of shower soap and shampoo. We also enjoyed the cozy robes provided in each bedroom. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and a soft duvet on each.Joel, our host, was great keeping us informed as our arrival day approached. He was also quick to respond to any question we had after our arrival. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. We would stay here again."
