Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "The downfall was the bathroom there was a window open that we couldnt close & the exhaust fan is connected to the light. The bathroom was freezing & gad to shower in the dark couldnt risk the exhaust fan "
