« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

« We stayed in this lovely cabin with our 7 year old daughter and a dog for a two nights.All of us absolutely enjoyed every moment spent there.The cabin is located in secure garden.Gives perfect privacy to the owners and guests. It's very cosy,clean,peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature,in fantastic location,close enough to all local turists spots (Tintagel,Boscastle,Bude etc.) I would give it a 20 stars if I could 😁. Highly recomend this cabin and whole family would like to return again...

« A perfect property for two persons wanting to relax in a peaceful environment with plenty of local walking options, and a great view of the river from the breakfast area and outdoor terrace. You can waste hours just sitting and watching the ebb and flow of the tide! Great food at the local pub which is about 30 seconds walk away! »

The property was very clean and bright, with everything you'd need, the information provided by Debbie and Chris was comprehensive, including places to eat and see. « Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. « The location is perfect if you wish to be left alone, we saw 3 people all week. It was amazing and easy to find. Hearing the cows in the distance whilst in the hot tub will always be entertaining. The cottage was very clean, plenty of cooking utensils and books, games etc. the local Morrison was 15mins in the car, the parking was ideal just outside the cottage. I absolutely would recommend. »

« Oh my word, this cottage went above and beyond our expectations. We sat looking out of the window most of the time, it was just beautiful. « My second stay was as good as the first! The cottage is well-equipped, very clean and within easy walking distance of the beach, canal and town centre. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the tv, cooker, hot water etc. A designated parking place is a real bonus for a town like Bude as is the outside space with table and chairs. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La vue depuis la véranda et le jardin est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. A pied on peut accéder à des balades magnifiques , et la mer n’est pas loin en voiture. Aucune hésitation : nous recommandons à 100% d’y aller ! »

"Pas terrible Accueil très moyen Chambre petite et très bruyante car située au dessus de la salle du pub avec des odeurs de cuisine. Salle de bain extrêmement petite. Attention : le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre n’est pas un breakfast pris au pub, mais quelques gâteaux industriels emballés, un yaourt et du thé avec la bouilloire, à disposition dans la chambre. Bref, un hébergement décevant."
