My husband and I rented it for us, and our two grown children & families (4 adults and 3 children). The accommodations were perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the large, open kitchen/living area, the screened-in porch, and the deck/courtyard. The hammock was a big bonus! Because it was in the path of totality for the eclipse, the family was able to gather on the deck and have a clear view without having to travel! Communications with the host were really exceptionally good. We learned everything we needed to know in a very timely manner. He was extremely responsive to our questions.
