Looking for a quirky but cool getaway? This glamping-mobile is thoughtfully designed to offer you an instagram-worthy experience that you'll remember long after your trip to the Ozarks is over. What we provide- \~linens and towels \~cookware and servingware \~kitchen basics \~soap and shampoo \~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags \~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided \~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) \~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules \~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout \~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie \~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee \~No loud noise or parties \~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies. Snuggle on the comfy full size memory foam bed with a good book or roast marshmallows in the fire pit after a full day exploring the local hiking trails. Skoolie offers all the "glamping" comforts- a full memory foam bed, pull-out couch, well-equipped kitchenette, and shower/toilet bathroom (like you'd find in a camper). Wifi, smart tv, bluetooth speaker, games, and firepit too! I am available by phone or text, as needed. Skoolie is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located between town square and Blanchard Caverns. Other houses are visible from the bus. GPS will lead you astray. Please use the turn by turn directions provided at booking to reach the Skoolie. Rental Rules \~Primary guest must be age 25 or older \~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM \~No Smoking in or near the Cabin \~Dogs are allowed, with Pet Fee \~No loud noise or parties \~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed \~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing \~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. Pet Rules: \*Please clean up after your dog. \*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. \*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind. \*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. The only issues we had was that it had been raining previously and the road was red clay so it was messy on our truck. The AC works well too. I was rather cold at different times. Very clean, and comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. The only thing I’d say is that it’s a stretch to say it sleeps 4\. There were only 2 of us and we slept very comfortably. I’d say 3 would be okay as long as they’re relatively small and at least 2 are comfortable sharing a full size bed. It was perfect for us. ##### April O. It was unique. It’s clean and very comfortable. Due to the small space, the toilet is situated in the shower itself. We knew this before we went so we all took a long shower before and after this trip. The bed is very comfortable. The fire pit is nice. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and driving home bc a really bad smell was circulating from the very back of the bus. It didn’t seem to be coming from the toilet but we sensed it most coming from the heater. I am sure the host, having a long history of great reviews will investigate and correct whatever is causing this. It smelled like a rotten Easter egg. ##### Ashley S.
