« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. « This hotel was totally unexpected. The personal touches that they add are enchanting! Each room is unique and the thought behind them is incredible. They offer a coffee bar during the day and a wine bar in the evening. We were even able to have a free movie outside with popcorn! This is an amazing place! The lobby is like a public living room and there are seating areas with firepits in multiple locations. It is totally walkable to downtown Highlands . . which is so charming! Stay here! »
