"We checked in only to be told the elevators were down and would have to climb and carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. "

"Room was ok..for One night stay... Staff ..well we waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the front desk. I finally called and they must of heard the phone I ne. She came finally...it was 5:30 pm. .. Breakfast has a nice variety... Parking is very good On plus. Its close to resturants"

"The indoor pool was closed. Hot water was not consistent. Although, the entire hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, near the highway."

"The front desk lady. I can’t think of her name. Just made a huge impact. Went out of her way. To make sure I was comfortable. That made my day. kudus to her!!"

"Staff was very friendly when I told them about the condition of room. They were at capacity so there was not another room available. Room had several stains on rug (from pets relieving themselves) and comforter was ripped and torn. Hotel was old. Rooms are in need of updating and refurbish. I was traveling thru so I was only there overnight, otherwise I would have changed hotels."

"Everything was great. The staff was great. I have no complaints. My wife absolutely loves it here. And my kids do too!"
