About this space
This cozy home located close to downtown & midtown Hattiesburg is the perfect place to relax with your friends & family. Our decor is designed for your comfort & our layout has the functionality you need to accommodate a small or large group of guests. We provide free Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, large comfortable sofas, amazing beds for restful nights, a full kitchen, & clean bathroom. Please fully read all listing descriptions below! *Has attached back unit that functions as a separate Airbnb

The space
Our two main bedrooms provide a king size and a queen size bed, and the smaller third bedroom provides bunkbeds right off the living room area. The two main bedrooms have plenty of storage and extra linens. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a nice size vanity, and basic necessities, such as shampoo, soap, etc. The full kitchen has all appliances and a dining area that has access to the back patio and exterior laundry. Our living room has two incredibly comfortable sofas and a large, flat screen TV with streaming capabilities (no cable). Our goal is to have a home that provides all the accommodations you need during your trip!

Guest access
This location is less than 2 miles from downtown and midtown Hattiesburg. You have plenty of room to enjoy our backyard and lightscaped courtyard. The home is right next to the famous Gordon Creek. You also get self check in with a smart door lock and high speed wireless internet. There is an attached studio apartment in the back that functions as a separate Airbnb unit, but you enjoy the privacy of the entire main house. Only the exterior laundry and backyard is a potentially shared space. Don't let an attached unit and some shared common space discourage you from booking this spot! Your interior space is completely private, and I'm happy to let you know if the attached apartment will be booked on the dates you're staying.

*BE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL BACK UNIT AT THIS PROPERTY THAT ALSO SERVES AS ANOTHER AIRBNB.
*There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside any of our properties. Please smoke outside only.
*We have a strict NO events/parties/gatherings policy.
*While we are pet friendly, we do ask that you please bring a crate/kennel to keep your pet in when you are not at the property and please clean up any messes your pet makes inside and outside the property.
*Please state the accurate number of guests that will be making use of the property during the booking process.
*As an added bonus, we also have 24/7 outdoor video surveillance!

Comfy and cozy
Overall I liked the place. I just didn’t care for the check out process of putting laundry in wash and other tasks I felt I paid in the service fees. My friend and I did enjoy everything else/the set up.

Really nice for the price the backyard was very nice and spacious my kids enjoyed playing back there the creek flows on the side of the property…the only issue was there only one tv so that was interesting to say the least with 3 kids but overall I personally liked the property and enjoyed my stay would definitely book again

Did not meet advertised listing.
We had 8 people from our family staying in the home. The house had limited seating with 2 of the kitchen chairs broken. The couch was also broken. The floor was warped up causing a safety issue when walking. My MIL tripped over it, but thankfully my brother in law was able to catch her before she fell. There was not adequate space in the fridge for our food as all shelves on the door were missing and one shelf inside was missing. The shower head was broken causing the water to spray at the wall and ceiling. The items listed that were to be provided were not in the home. There was no wash clothes, soap, or shampoo in the home. The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty. There was not enough outlets in the bedroom near the bed for medical equipment so we had to purchase our own extension cord. There were large black ants in the home where 2 of my children were bitten along with our dog. We were able to contact someone who came out several hours later with wash clothes, soap and shampoo. They also temporarily fixed the shower head so we could use it. We were reimbursed for the extension cord. Not knowing this location I do not recommend it to anyone who would like to hang outside or has children who would like to play outside. It is not in a good neighborhood/area. I will say the a/c worked very well. The house was not cleaned well. Typical areas like sink, stove, counter, toilet, and tub were cleaned, but the rest of the house was not. Not enough cookware.

Listing not accurate
The listing for this location is deceiving. The pictures that were used make it seem as if everything is in great condition. It seems as if someone started renovating and couldn’t actually do the job. The air intake vent was so dusty and dirty, I don’t think it’s been cleaned ever. The beds seemed like they were old and worn out. Be very aware of this listing, because it is not what it seems. The location is also not near downtown like it says.

Not very good
Incomplete and poorly renovated. Uncomfortable beds and furniture. Palmetto bugs. Laundry was located in a partially enclosed outdoor porch and not easy to get to. Washer was sideways behind the dryer and there was no soap or softener. Air gaps around doors. Run down neighborhood.

House was clean, nice size, and located close to everything without being in a high traffic area. I would definitely stay here again.
