The location worked great for us, and since we had 7 grandkids that ranged in age from 3 months to 10 years of age, the basement was a great place to send them to burn off energy! « Property was very clean, neat and not cluttered. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. The sunroom has two of the most comfortable chairs to sit, recline or take a nap in while listening to the water hit against the shore.
