"With 6 adults and 6 children (ages 8 and under), the Escape to paradise in the Texas Hill Country was just right. The 4 bedrooms were spacious with 3 of them having a private bath. We were more than comfortable with sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was top-notch. We had so much room with the huge counter - prep and serve felt so easy - plenty of room to spread out with room to spare! The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare and serve all our meals. The refrigerator was spacious to hold all our food for every meal over our stay. We used the upstairs media room for the kids while the adults worked on dinner (kept the chaos to a minimum downstairs!). The highlight was the pool, of course. The slide was the entertainment of choice for the kiddos, and they also enjoyed the shallow end of the pool and the whirlpool hot tub. The boys enjoyed playing ping pong, but it was a bit too hot to play for very long in the August heat. The venue is in a very nice, well-maintained neighborhood, and the houses are not close together. And the way the venue backs up to a hill, you feel like you're in a nature space all your own. We saw deer each night! Check in was easy and the videos provided by the host were so helpful. The house was very clean and the landscaping manicured for our stay. Would like to have had more shaded areas close to the pool, but the shade provided was adequate. I would definitely come here again! "

"Best stay in awhile. Superb room, clean, well lit parking lot, safe. These folks keep their parking lot super clean, easy to get to and has room for rv parking in back with cameras. Will stay again when in area."

"Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel."
