« This was an excellent property for our group. We enjoyed the space and all the amenities such as the hot tub, the outdoor grill and fire pit and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the house was extra clean. Our group consisted of eight men vying for our annual golf championship. A wouderful time was had by all. »

« Located in a historic side of Harbor Springs this house has plenty of space for our 6 guests, an infant and dogs. Neighboring up to an elementary and middle school, great playgrounds for kiddos. Fenced in backyard for dogs to enjoy. A few blocks from downtown, grocery, harbor, this was an excellent location for a relaxing time with family. Felt very safe. Only downfall would be a little musty, had to open windows upon arrival and that took care of it. A few stains on the carpets but nothing...

« This house is lovely and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a vacation. A couple of items missing from the listing: there is a Keurig in addition to the coffee maker, which was bonus. Also, if you use a hairdryer you’ll need to bring one. It was not shown in the listing as an amenity, we just assumed one would be there. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished. The drive to Nubs Nob was 15 minites max. There is plenty of room in the house with a nice open floor plan. »

« The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our two grown children. All rooms face the lake - a great sight to wake up to and amazing wave noise to fall asleep to. We spent most of our time on the lake-facing deck and on the beach - exactly one person walked by during our stay. We divided our time between being at the house, isolated from the world and trekking into Petoskey, Mackinac, and Wilderness State Park - you can do both easily. We hope to return next summer! »

« We loved the Modern Birchwood Cottage. The house was just as pictured, very quiet, and beautifully decorated. The artwork only enhanced the experience. Note that Verizon phone coverage was not available, inside or out, but WiFi worked well. »

« The Bester house was just perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 little ones. The home was spotless and very well equipped. We utilized the guest house as well as the main home. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The location was great, very close to the harbor and downtown. We found a sweet little park with a playground and small beach for the kids and enjoyed a fire complete with s’mores on our final night.
