Awesome small hotel in the center of Hanoi historic district. We stayed there only for a night but enjoyed the amazing hospitality of the staff (they literally come in the street to greet you and help you with luggage) upon arrival. Rooms are clean, quite big (we had connecting rooms) and with every modern comfort. The bar/restaurant on top floor was a winner for my teenagers with fantastic views and great food. If ever coming back to Hanoi we’ll stay at this hotel for sure. Highly recommended!

The personel was very friendly and kind. Service seems to be a top priority at Lagom Hotel. Breakfest was good and the location was grest too.
