« Check in was super easy. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Great glass shower. The soap and shampoo products smelled very nice. There were a lot of children in the hotel which deterred us from using the pool and hot tub and made the breakfast area a little chaotic, but the hotel kept up well. Breakfast had individual spinach egg quiches, biscuits and gravy, and the typical toast offerings and waffle iron. The staff were very nice and were working hard....

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« If you're looking for an inexpensive place to rest your head for the night this BW will suffice. We were staying in town for a soccer tournament so I was looking for budget friendly lodging and found it here. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but it was jam packed with unsupervised children (not the properties fault, but could have enforced order better. « Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors. »

« Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself. »

« First of all, I couldn’t get checked in due to the third-party booking app I used. The gentleman was kind enough to allow me to go to my room in lieu of waiting for the response. He knew that I was a travel nurse because I frequent there often. My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to book at the front desk directly with him as he will match any third-party app and there’s never any issues »

« My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back. »
