« My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on April 2024. The place is beautiful, as is the area. We enjoyed being so close to Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo Lake, and right across the street from the Kalamzoo River. The place is well set up with a full kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher + a magic bullet blender and wine and bottle openers, as well as toaster and coffee maker. « Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again! »

« We love Saugatuck and we wanted something to rent that we could just relax and hang out. This place was perfect for that! We barely left the house cause everything we needed was there. Our kids loved the pool and while it could use some attention, it was so nice to have all to ourselves! The house is huge and plenty of room to spread out. This would be perfect for 2 families to share. The check in process was so easy and everything went smoothly. Thanks for a great vacation! »

To have a main and guest house works great for larger parties. Access to a chef was a treat you don't get at most properties and the beach at sunset was spectacular! « We had a lovely stay, fully enjoying the hot tub, game room, fire pit, playhouse, and private beach. The stairs down the bluff weren’t open yet for the season, but the trams were easy to use and a bit of an adventure each time. The beach was quiet and empty while we were there. There are a lot of beach rocks in the water for looking for fossils etc…but those with sensitive feet may want to bring water shoes. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it for families with multiple age ranges...

« We really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 couples staying for a weekend of cooking and hanging out and this house is perfect for that. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean as was the main floor living area. Great kitchen with all of the utensils, pots and pans, all in great shape. Loved the open feel of the main floor as we spent most of our time there. Watched a great sunset on our first night, just across the street at Dykeman Beach. Would recommend this house to all my friends. »
