"We REALLY wanted to love this historic, charming, quirky property located ideally inside the magnificent Chautauqua Institution. LeAnn clearly goes above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy a delightful stay. But far too much falls on her shoulders. Guests willing to tolerate claustrophobic rooms and some of the "vintage character" that characterizes Chautauqua will probably be charmed, but anyone expecting a Marriott-like experience should look elsewhere.
