"I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. "The room was very hot and we could not change the temperature- possibly because we visited in the winter off-season. The staff were very kind and gave us a fan though. Other than that, our stay was lovely."
