In a quiet area of the town of Gujan Mestras, pleasant house of approximately 89 m², with a garden and a swimming pool (chlorine, not heated). Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors with friends or family.  
For easy parking, it is possible to park in the driveway of the house.  
A large living room with TV and WIFI.  
Its fully equipped open kitchen with hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.  
A first large bedroom with a 160 bed offering you two beds Its bathroom with walk-in shower and its WC. A second bedroom with a 140 bed for two people, with a closet. A third and last bedroom with a 140 bed, and its closet also. A second bathroom with a separate WC.  
Gujan Mestras offers you plenty of activities with its amusement parks, its small oyster ports. Ideal for a family or friends holiday, you won't have time to get bored. You have a shopping centre nearby.   
A sunny holiday is waiting for you!   
  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person and one week. Baby chair / baby bed: €10 / week. Wifi box: €39 / week.

Logement spacieux pour 6\. Logement propre, moderne ,et complèt, quartier très calme. Seul chose à prévoir peut être est une sécurité pour la piscine pour les jeunes enfants. À proximité des commerces, ostréiculteur, pistes de vélos pratique et sécurité, accès Arcachon, Test, Dune du Pyla… Je recommande
