There is a beautiful expandable table, with plenty of room to accommodate your guests and plenty of counter space to set up your buffet. The home is fully stocked with all the necessities of a home including bedding and linens. The washer and dryer are in the garage just off the kitchen. While waiting for your laundry, you can play a quick ping pong match! There was nothing that was glaringly an issue, but things like far too little toilet paper, front door not unlocking with key so had to enter and exit through the garage, a fairly large number of spiders around the house, spices that has expiration date of 2015, dull knives, haphazard storage of kitchen items, not enough foil, baggies or some sort of container for food storage - we know that some of these things are hit and miss at rentals, but it seemed like there was little care given to the property and many things seemed like an after thought. Would we stay again? Probably, but would certainly look into other places first. At least now we know what we are getting into. ##### James H. I was pretty apprehensive to be honest. I arrived with my cleaning products in a tote bag, just in case. The home was so clean and smelled so good when we walked in that we never even touched that bag! We had a wonderful time in the home. We loved its proximity to Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande and everything the area has to offer. We even stayed in one night, made use of the outdoor grill and played a few rounds of bocce ball. It was a lovely experience and Jamie was a joy to work with. We can't wait to visit again! ##### Hope L. We booked this property for its excellent location and generous sleeping accommodations. There were four adults and three young children (all under 4 years of age). The instructions on check in we’re so easy and we loved the common area in the kitchen and living room for us to gather. It was a perfect spot, central to many things. I have now rented 6 VRBO's in this area. This home is very well appointed, particularly in Covid days when eating out is more complicated. It is obvious that they were thinking of how their guests would experience the space and thinking about making things easier on us. Sometimes little things make a big difference. For example, they had storage bags available for leftovers. I cooked all of my meals in and even had colleagues over for dinner. The extremely well appointed kitchen was a blessing. Most places I rented have very cheap cutlery (understandably) but these folks make sure everything was of good to great quality and functional!
