Grover Beach Vacation Rentals

"Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

"Can't beat the view! Watching the sunset from the deck was as good as it gets. Ryan is a great host and made us feel right at home. Bourbon and Cider are such good boys and made us feel like family!"

"We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

"Spectacular property and accommodations. Rented all of it for party of 15 (4 families represented) which worked out great with the various spaces. Did eating and group gathering in main house. Would have loved to make use of party barn, but it was a little too chilly for that. Loved the decor, the ambiance, and the stunning peacocks! Highly recommend and would return. Only downsides are access off of highway (a bit nerve-wracking) and low water pressure in showers, but neither would deter us...

"We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group."

"We loved our stay at the property. We came with our two kids and the place was perfect. It’s exactly how it looks in the pictures. Super clean, very fast and easy check-in. Great communication with the host when I had any questions. We made some meals here and the kitchen has everything you could need. I also loved how close it is to everything, we walked to the beach and into the main part of town every day with the kids. Highly recommend. 5 stars all around!"

"Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies."

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."

"Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again."

"Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."

"This location is my favorite spot to do a quick beach getaway when visiting the central coast. A beautiful walking distance away from the sand and water as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. The perfect spot for a couple with their dog looking to visit the coast!"
