"The Riverside Retreat was just that...at Retreat! The home is very comfortable and well equipped. There were lots of little touches that the stay even more enjoyable. The ease of access to the river, the cycling/walking trail, and great restaurants was outstanding. Would definitely go back! Thank you for a great experience!"

"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "A beautiful home! Spacious and very comfortable! Fit our family of 6 perfectly, unlike a cramped hotel room we had plenty of room! We loved the 2 porches for sitting outside and the family room with a beautiful new tv. Everything was so well maintained and cared for. We had everything we needed for our stay, a large refrigerator, very beautiful modern kitchen with everything you would need to cook, and 2 lovely bedrooms with 4 very comfortable beds. "This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated.
