"Very nice flat, great location in the center of Füssen, close to everything. Very well furnished. Great views, on one side you see the castle, on the other side the countryside. Only minus is the steep stairs to the flat, wouldn’t recommend this to very senior guests."

"My family of four spent several wonderful nights exploring Garmisch and Munich using Phillipe's apartment as our home base. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and most importantly sparkling clean. Phillipe was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. "The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. I wish there was a microwave. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I was going to sit on the sofa. I really liked that there was plenty storage space. "Lovely hotel in the center of town. two minute walk to the train station. Great older hotel with modern rooms and brand new bathrooms. We were a little disappointed that the pool was rather cold and the spa was boarded up. No hottub after a long day hiking. Breakfast comes with the stay and it was fabulous. Free coffeee, cake and other snacks all day. Great bar area, although because they don't have a restaurant, you have to ask for drinks at the front reception. "

"Excellent spa hotel just a few steps from the castle (the closest you can be). Very close to restaurants and shops from the little village. Nice breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle."

"This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre."
